Use this page to ask Kilimo Maendeleo to delete your KM360 account and personal data. This applies to all KM360 apps on Google Play. You do not need to open or reinstall the app.

02What happens next
- Verification. We call or send an SMS to the phone number you gave to confirm the request is yours.
- Review. We check whether any data must be kept by law or because of an open loan or insurance policy, and tell you if so.
- Deletion. We delete your data and confirm by SMS when it is done, within 30 days of verifying your request.

Data already shared with a partner bank, insurer or programme is held by that partner under its own obligations. We will pass your deletion request on to them. This follows section 4, Retention of Information, of our Privacy Policy.
